I would also like to know about the pickup process. I’ve seen on the facebook group that sometimes people have a walk through before picking up their trailer. Is this the norm?
Will the trailer be hooked to power for the orientation so that we can try lights/AC and other things?
Is there a time limit for orientation?
Do we have the orientation and then go to the office to deal with payment and insurance ? I just wonder what the process is from is getting there to us driving away?
I'm planning on installing a 206 Ah SOK battery when we get our E19 this summer. What gauge wire and what size fuse come with the lithium ready option? I know I'll have to change some settings in the Victron components, but is there anything else I should know about switching it over?
I will be travelling to Chilliwack in the very near future to take possession of my E19. Could you provide an overview of what new owners can expect to experience in terms of the delivery/orientation process?
If you complete an "Early Completion Date Request" for an Escape camper that you have paid a deposit and completed the Build Sheet on, when can you expect to hear back from ETI on whether or not they can accommodate an earlier build date for you?
One of the criteria we have as we explore purchasing a trailer is the security and safety features of the trailer. When travelling in a trailer, you don’t know your surroundings as well as you would at home. Being safe from break-in, being safe from fire and carbon monoxide, could you speak to these and how Escape Trailer differentiates itself?

Thanks, we are very excited.

Good morning ETI,
