Hi all!
We are now preparing and taking questions for our February 2023 Q&A session. Please put your questions below and they may be featured in the video.
If you have configuration questions please email us at sales@escapetrailer.com.

During the January Q and A, Karl mentioned acrylic windows could be available in 2024. It would be great if other European caravan products like the Truma Combi Eco Plus (hotwater/furnace) or Alde central heating as well as the Truma Aventa air conditioner be offered at the same time. Other North American travel trailer manufactures are now distinguishing themselves from the competition by offering these superior products. Is Escape looking into these products to offer as an option someday?
I have a few questions...
I haven't found a comparison between the standard sink and the Luxe sink option. Can you tell us about the differences?
If I get two lithium batteries, is it straightforward to add two more on my own down the road?
Is the compressor fridge option a good fit for me if I plan on spending most of my time running off 2 lithium batteries?
As always, I am looking forward to your next video!
This is somewhat the same as the previous comment/question
Does Escape track/compile owner issues/problems so that Escape can address quality control issues with its staff or component suppliers?
We have had our 21C for a little over 2 months now and have had problems with:
Sail switch
Damaged/poorly connected wiring
Had to replace Max Fan circuit board and motor
A plumbing leak
Trying to trick the charger into Lithium mode
A finicky door numeric keypad
Thanks

Hello - ETI builds an amazing trailer, probably one of the best, if not the best in the RV industry. Would you kindly explain your quality control process during the build from creating the mold through to the final completion of the trailers (readers digest version)?
Thank you in advance.
After watching January's Q and A, I have a question about the zamp port.
We have the trailer with the go power system in it and two solar panels on the roof, I bought the renergy 200 Watt 12 Volt Monocrystalline Foldable Solar Suitcase, is my 12 volt system going to work together with my two solar panels on the roof?
