Hi all!
We are now preparing and taking questions for our November 2022 Q&A session. Please put your questions below and they may be featured in the video.
If you have configuration questions please email us at sales@escapetrailer.com.

Are you still working on an online parts store, or at least a catalogue of parts / part numbers (if they are from third party manufacturers)? Emailing parts/service works okay and are helpful, but responses seem to take several business days and it would be preferable to have a reference somewhere for questions related to finding / purchasing matching parts used in our trailers. This would also likely reduce the amount of emails to respond to and expedite response times.
Thanks
When I go to pick up my 21C at the Arizona delivery location, my tow vehicle will have the anti-sway portion of its hitch attached, but not the weight distribution (WD) portion. To use the WD portion the brackets need to already be on the trailer. -- Therefore, can ET provide me with the exact (not calculated) tongue weight before it leaves the ET facility? That way I will know how much weight to bring with me to adjust the tongue weight. -- If you don't have a $130 Sherline tongue scale (0-1000 lbs), I will send you one for Christmas!
after some unpleasant experience with multiple compost toilet models, i'd prefer another option (and certainly don't want to deal with any kind of black tank).
will you consider offering additional toilet options, such as an incinerating toilet or freezing toilet? it seems the incinerating option, whilst requiring more power, would be the cleanest way to take care of waste with only a little bit of ash to dispose of.
(if you won't offer these options (yet), could you offer a prep package option that already has the ventilation hole(s) and power outlet in place for one to easily install an incinerating toilet after delivery?)
after the E23 prototype (and production validation) has been completed, what new model can we expect next? an E23 with murphy bed, an E25 or E27, a longer 5.0 model, ..?
it was great to see what Johnny did to the power systems in his E21C. how soon do you expect to offer a fully electric Escape ready for long term boondocking (with much larger fresh water tanks, in addition to efficient electrical components/appliances and more solar panels)?
We need to store our trailer outdoors for the winter; which is very cold and snowy in our neck of the woods. Should we be considering a trailer cover to protect the roof and fiberglass shell? If so, does Escape recommend a preferred type of trailer cover? Our main concerns are ice damming around the AC & roof vents and mould.
