Hello. After much thought and research, I placed a deposit on an Escape 5.0 on Sunday, May 8, 2022. I received the automated email confirmation. That email said, "One of our team members will reach out to you by email within 5 business days." "Within 5 business days" is bolded and italicized. I did not receive any follow-up email, but have learned others generally receive such emails with 2 business days. Normally, I would not be concerned, but given the automated email I received and others' experiences, it causes me to wonder if my Sunday deposit was missed. I wrote to the Escape accounting department on May 13th to confirm the deposit is in the queue, but have not received a response. I know the anticipated production is pretty far out, but if the 5 business days doesn't really mean 5 business days, it may be best to remove that assurance from the automated email. Thank you.
