If I run a generator to use my AC, do all of the 110 outlets run off the generator too or can the inverter provide any of the needed power?

Hi David,
You cannot use the inverter and generator to power outlets concurrently. The transfer switch (which is included when you opt for the inverter) will tell the outlets to pull from either shorepower (which your generator will serve as) OR the inverter; therefore there is no way to pull power from both the inverter and shorepower at the same time.
However, there is a single 120V outlet wired directly to the inverter which can be powered from the inverter while the remaining outlets are powered through shorepower.
