The web tool uses your location to center the map. Sometimes location settings are disabled on phones and in browsers. If you know how to turn it off, you can do that. As an alternative use the Escape location and set the distance at 5000miles, this will cover all North America and you can move the map to find your location and zoom in on the trailer that you would like to visit.
