Hi @newattitude51, Thanks for the questions. The diagram below shows the wall construction that includes the insulation layer. We do not consider our trailers four-season campers. The water system on the underside of our trailers is exposed. We do offer spray foam and heat pads for the tanks as options to help with the occasional dip below freezing. We do have customers who use their trailers for extended stays in colder climates but they generally use an alternate water source. And yes, PEX pipes are used in the plumbing.
