How do I get items repaired under Escape Trailer’s two-year warranty?
Choose one of the following.
Cabinetry
Frame
Fiberglass
Headliner
Shower
Plumbing/leak (Water supply, drainage, or gas)
Send photos to partsandservice@escapetrailer.com with a description of the issue needing attention.
How often should I wax the trailer?
Escape Trailer recommends waxing the trailer once a year, and if the trailer is being used it more extreme weather conditions waxing can be completed more often.
What type of wax should be used?
Escape Trailer recommends a Carnauba wax. It is also suggested to wax the trailer once a season. If the camping conditions are extreme this can be done more frequently.
