Our new 21 NE has 2 fuses that are mounted on the lithium batteries. One fuse is a 200 amp stud mount fuse and the other appears to be a terminal fuse. ETI does not provide any details on these fuses nor on the fuses in the distribution panel. Would ETI be able to provide its customers with this information in the event that any of the fuses fail? It would be appropriate, in my opinion, for ETI to provide a list of fuses that might require replacement or even a package of replacement fuses with the trailer, on delivery.
Given that one of the external USB/12 volt outlets on our 21 NE does not work, some support in troubleshooting the issue and a wiring schematic would prove to be very helpful, given that I, an ETI customer, will be providing the labor. Would ETI please provide the support and knowledge base to allow me to repair my trailer?
Thank you.
Hello @dgboychuk
The 200amp stud mounted fuse has been installed between the inverter and battery.
There is also a 75amp battery terminal mounted fuse, this is between the batteries and battery disconnect. These fuses are both readily available at automotive stores.
As for the 12v USB/outlet I will ask that you reach out via email for further troubleshooting - partsandservice@escapetrailer.com
