Our Escape 21 trailer will be ready September 23. If we pick the trailer up at the factory is there someone available? Is an appt needed?

Yes, absolutely Yes make your booking, do not turn up unannounced. On the first Sunday morning after you have confirmed your build sheet you should get an email from Escape asking you to book your delivery or collection. If you did not get the email for any reason you can follow this link here Canadian customers can collect their trailer at Escape. US Customers can come to Escape to view their trailer. In all cases for US customers Escape will export your trailer across the border. If you are collecting in Sumas, Escape will use one of its contract drivers to pull the trailer across the border, where you will hitch up and go on your travels. Escape requires that US customers who want to view their trailer in advance in person should come 1 day before their delivery. We will be here to answer your questions, and we recommend that you watch the familiarization videos in advance, check out the showcases and orientations.

US Customers taking advantage of the delivery service will meet the delivery truck driver at their chosen hub location. Escape will send you photos of the trailer on the flat bed truck as it leaves Escape, and then the logistics company will be in contact to let you know exactly what time to meet them. This process works really well and has hundreds of satisfied customers in the past year. Escape will also video your trailer upon request after PDI and post on YouTube. We send you the link.
