In short, the interior switch controls the flow of power to the porch light on the Passenger's Side as standard. The Master Switch Exterior LED Light Package wires the switch to the added LED lights; one on the Driver's side (next to the bathroom window) and a rear light. The diagram below describes the location of lights and how they are wired.

No, the switch will not be wired to the marker lights. These take power from the 7-pin connection from your vehicle (they are on a separate circuit).
